Media and Ribbon Identification

Continuous Media: The media sensor does not detect label length and will only monitor for a media out or paper out condition. There are no top of form indicators with Continuous Media.

Non-Continuous Web:  This media is referred to as Non-Continuous Web. Select the sensor that is used for Gap or Web media.

Non-Continuous Mark: (Black Mark Sensor) Use the reflective sensor to sense the black mark.

Non-Continuous Notched or Hole: Use the gap or web sensor positioning the sensor over the notch or hole.
